In case you missed: re-scheduling, customizable email notifications & more
Here are just a few of the improvements, new features we’ve recently released.
Meetings re-scheduling
We are thrilled to announce that you and your invitees can re-schedule meetings now.
You can re-schedule meetings with your invitees in "My meetings" page.
Invitees get the link to the re-schedule page in the email notifications from where they can re-schedule a meeting with you.
Both you and invitees can add an optional reason for the re-scheduling.
This feature is available in the Pro plan only.
Customizable email notifications
Send custom emails with information that you determine your invitees need, e.g. parking place information etc.
The email notifications can be customized in the Meeting Types. Each meeting type can have its own customized text.
This feature is available in the Pro plan only.
Redirect invitee to an external site
Automatically redirect invitee to an external confirmation page or use default Harmonizely confirmation page after scheduling a meeting. This option is configurable in the Meeting Types.
Let invitee decide where to meet
You can ask your invitees to decide where they want to meet by adding the customizable location question field on your scheduling page. This field will be used as a Location in the calendar's event and in the email notifications.
This option is configurable in the Meeting Type edit view.
Internet Explorer 11 support
We've added Internet Explorer 11 support to Harmonizely.
Added Portuguese (Brazil) language
Thanks to one of the contributors your invitees are able to browse your scheduling page in Portuguese (Brazil)!
The scheduling page language is automatically detected and set based on your invitee's locale.
Available languages are 🇺🇸English, 🇵🇱Polish, 🇮🇹Italian, 🇫🇷French, 🇸🇪Swedish, 🇩🇪German, 🇧🇷Portuguese.
If you want to have it translated in your language, please contact us contact@harmonizely.com
Start time increments
Determine how often your time slots appear.
For example, if you set up a 60-minute meeting that starts every 30 minutes, start time increments would produce time slots that start at 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and so on.
You can find it in the Meeting Type -> Show additional options -> Start time increments.
Using the CalDAV calendar behind the firewall
For the security reasons, you may run your calendar software behind the firewall and not expose it to anyone publicly.
In Harmonizely we've added an option to use static IP for the connection to your CalDAV calendar.
Thanks to this feature you can whitelist our IP address so only Harmonizely will be able to reach your calendar to read the availability and book meetings without exposing your calendar software to anyone.
Note: this is a paid feature.
